Dieffenbauch & Hritz, LLC (D&H) is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Morgantown, WV. We are looking for a motivated individual who wants to be an integral part of a group of professionals that provide superior engineering, environmental, surveying, and construction services to the energy, transportation and land development industries.
Job Description
The Administrative Assistant is a part-time / casual position with a flexible work schedule with the potential to become full-time. As the Administrative Assistant, you will provide daily administrative support with tasks that may include: being the initial point of contact for clients, employees and guest either in person or on the phone, data entry, office organization, electronic and paper filing and additional duties as needed.
Qualifications
-Minimum 1 year experience as an Administrative Assistant.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Detail oriented, the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
-Intermediate level use Microsoft Office. Experience with Deltek Vantagepoint is a plus, but not required.
